Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 June 2026

At Sea Creature (“we”, “our”, “us”) we care about your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights, when you use our mobile apps and website (together, our “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to this policy. It applies to all of our apps; a specific app may use only some of the practices described.

For the purposes of the GDPR, the data controller is Yelysei Ruban, operating as Sea Creature, based in Poland. Contact: contact@seacreature.dev.

Information we collect

Account & contact information

If an app offers sign-in (via Firebase Authentication), we collect your email address and, depending on how you sign in (email, Google, or Apple), your name. With “Sign in with Apple” you may choose to hide your email. We also create a user ID specific to Sea Creature and may store your settings and progress.

Purchases & subscriptions

If an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, and we use RevenueCat to manage them. We receive your purchase and subscription status, transaction identifiers, and receipt data. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

Analytics & crash data

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand how our apps are used and to fix bugs. This includes events, screens viewed, session length and frequency, and crash and performance data.

Device information & identifiers

We may collect technical data such as device model, manufacturer, operating system and version, language, your IP address, and unique identifiers (device ID, advertising ID). In apps that show ads, this data may be processed through Google AdMob to deliver and measure advertising.

Cookies (website)

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand traffic. Where required by law, we ask for your consent first.

How we use your information

Our legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: contract (to provide the Services you request), legitimate interests (to improve our Services, ensure security, prevent abuse), consent (for personalised ads and certain analytics, where required — you can withdraw it anytime), and legal obligation.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted providers needed to run our Services:

We may also disclose data to authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

International data transfers

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request a copy by emailing us.

Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request.

Your rights and choices

We are committed to giving you control over your information. Here's how you can manage your data:

If you need assistance with any of these options, please contact us using the details provided below.

Data security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage users to take precautions to protect their accounts, such as using strong passwords and keeping login credentials confidential.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based advertising to anyone under the age of 16 or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. If you are under 16, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 16 may provide any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 16, we will delete that data as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any data from or about a child under the age of 16, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as necessary to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your data.
