Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile apps and website operated by Sea Creature (“we”, “our”, “us”) — together, our “Services”. By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Who can use our Services
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement with us. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Your licence to use the apps
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded them from. This licence does not transfer any ownership of the Services to you.
Acceptable use
To keep our Services safe and working for everyone, you agree not to:
- break the law, or use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where the law expressly allows it;
- resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services without our written permission;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services or their infrastructure;
- access the Services using automated means (bots, scrapers) in a way we have not authorised;
- upload or share content that infringes others' rights or that you do not have the right to share.
Accounts
Some apps let you create an account (for example, via Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some apps offer paid features, one-time purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we use RevenueCat to manage entitlements. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Billing & renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged on renewal.
- Managing & cancelling: you manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings, not through us.
- Free trials: if a trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by the app stores, so refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's policies. Where the law gives you additional rights (for example, in the EU), those rights still apply.
- Price changes: we may change prices for the future; changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and the stores will ask for your consent where required.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, logos (such as our octopus mascot), text, and graphics, are owned by Sea Creature or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence above, these Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or content.
Your content
If an app lets you create or submit content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content only as needed to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Third-party services
Our Services rely on third parties — including Google (Firebase, AdMob), RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Some apps may be in active development and features may change or be discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sea Creature will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.
Termination
You can stop using the Services at any time and delete the apps from your devices. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or the law. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Effective date”. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Poland, unless the law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
